Shanghai will host the 2025 Global Data Ecosystem Conference from Nov 25 to 26 at the Shanghai International Conference Center. This event is designed to advance the market-oriented allocation of data factors and promote innovative applications of digital technologies.

The conference will bring together global data experts, businesses, research institutions, and other stakeholders to build a collaborative platform for integrating industry, academia, research, and application.

Its structure comprises four components: forums, business matchmaking, exhibitions, and application showcases.

Programming will focus on four core directions: strengthening data foundations, fostering data ecosystems, advancing global data chains, and embracing an intelligent data future.

A key moment of the event will be the data factor competition awards ceremony, jointly organized by the National Data Administration, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and other institutions.

The ceremony is designed to connect winning teams with capital, policy, and industrial resources to accelerate the implementation of innovative projects and cultivate new productive forces.

More than 70 reports, industry standards, and technological achievements related to data factor market reforms will be released during the conference.

The exhibition zone will present work from more than 200 data businesses, emphasizing core technologies such as blockchain, privacy computing, artificial intelligence, and trusted data circulation.

For the first time, the conference will designate a Guest of Honor entity, inviting the Chongqing Digital Resources Group to lead cross-regional and cross-domain collaboration in data factor innovation.
