On Oct 9, the "Puyida" preferential policy platform for enterprises was launched in Shanghai's Pudong New Area. It is the first comprehensive platform that aggregates all enterprise-support policies, provides end-to-end online processing, realizes seamless payment integration across municipal and district levels, and applies vertical-specific models in the city.

The portal (https://pyd.pudong.gov.cn) allows enterprises to access Pudong's beneficial policies and complete the full process online, including inquiry, application, approval and final payout. To date, it has collected policies from around 20 government departments, creating a coordinated system.

By analyzing information such as the industry in which the enterprise operates, its development scale, and qualifications, the platform delivers exclusive policies and offers an innovative AI-powered Q&A service.

It also enhances the efficiency of the application and submission processes for enterprises by sharing massive data resources, including business registration, social security, intellectual property, and tax information.

During its trial run, "Puyida" has served enterprises over 10,000 times. Moving forward, the platform will continue to expand its multi-scenario services and improve intelligent assistance functions, helping Pudong build a more dynamic and efficient business service ecosystem.
