The inauguration ceremony and key enterprise signing event of the new Jinqiao logistics Asia-Pacific distribution center was recently held at No. 189, Hancheng Road in Pudong New Area. 

After more than 460 days of construction, the previous warehouse has been transformed into an essential part of Golden Bridge Group's provision of high-quality logistics support services for industry customers.

The new Jinqiao logistics Asia-Pacific distribution center is situated in the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone, within an industrial warehouse cluster. The project spans about 32,000 square meters and has a total construction area of about 48,000 square meters, comprising two three-story logistics warehousing factories – including subsidiary offices. The total investment in the project is approximately 340 million yuan ($47.6 million).

The project combines the flexibility and diversity of modern logistics warehousing in its design, integrating warehousing and office use. It not only has comprehensive fire, alarm, and smoke extraction systems but also aims to create efficient and convenient vehicle circulation lines and unloading spaces, including an efficient double-deck unloading platform. 

The unloading berths can accommodate large volumes. Particularly the bottom layer's height of 12 meters, and the multi-level design accessible via an incline ramp, make it a valuable warehousing resource in the northern part of Pudong.

At the ceremony, the new center signed contracts with 22 key businesses that have industry influence and drive industry development, further enabling high-quality development in the logistics industry.
