Zhangjiang Robot Valley, a prominent industrial park, is making outstanding progress in building a national robotics industry hub.

By 2025, the park aims to achieve a total industrial output of 70 billion yuan ($10.85 billion) through the expansion of its industrial chain and ecosystem. This growth is achieved by park enterprises leveraging Pudong's development and incorporating the Yangtze River Delta region into its industrial planning to connect Chinese-made robots with global markets.

Covering an area of 3.9 square kilometers, the Robot Valley is situated within Zhangjiang Science City. Since its inauguration in November 2020, the park has attracted a multitude of prestigious enterprises, such as Asea Brown Boveri Ltd (ABB) and Fourier Intelligence, generating an impressive annual output of 22.1 billion yuan. Companies are enticed by the park's strategic location and rich resources.

Yang Zhihao, director of innovative rehabilitation products at Fourier Intelligence, disclosed that one-third of the company's supply chain is intimately connected to the Yangtze River Delta region. While emphasizing domestic innovation, Fourier Intelligence is also reaching out to global markets to establish branches in Melbourne, London and Chicago.

Founded in 2018, Jodell Robotics has provided services to over 140 listed firms and tens of thousands of SMEs (small and medium enterprises), achieving a turnover exceeding 100 million yuan last year with groundbreaking products.

With its dynamic approach, the Zhangjiang Robot Valley is set to become a major player in the worldwide robotics industry and deliver high-quality products and services to both domestic and international markets.
