Global Cross-Border Technological Trade Center unveiled in Lin-gang

The Global Cross-Border Technological Trade Center co-founded by the National Eastern Tech-Transfer Center, Shanghai United Media Group, Shanghai Lin-gang Group, and the Shanghai Technology Exchange was unveiled in the Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on Dec 24.
The center aims to become a world-class cross-border technology trade hub providing services for technological trade, research, companies, finance, and personnel.
By taking advantage of international organizations and institutes, as well as domestic institutes, the center is on its way to performing five functions - - facilitating technological trade, protecting and managing IP, handling technological financing, and carrying out training and research.
The center plans to develop a cross-border technology trade system that accords with the international standards with the Shanghai Technology Exchange.
The Global Cross-Border Technological Trade Center is expected to attract a large number of technology transfers and trade-related institutes to the Lin-gang Special Area.
