Pudong's embodied intelligence industry is advancing from pilot applications toward large-scale deployment, with recent breakthroughs in industrial operations, data infrastructure, and capital market recognition highlighting the sector's rapid growth.

Recent milestones include AgiBot's successful production-line trial of its Genie G2 humanoid robot, a strategic partnership between Maniformer and Shanghai Zhangjiang Group Co Ltd to develop physical AI data infrastructure, and SEER Robotics' entry into the Hong Kong capital market.

Together, these developments reflect Pudong's efforts to build a closed-loop ecosystem integrating technological innovation, data infrastructure, and commercial applications, accelerating the industrial-scale deployment of embodied intelligence.

At Longcheer's factory, AgiBot's Genie G2 completed a six-day transparent livestream while performing 17,625 operations across four tablet inspection procedures, achieving a task success rate of 99.99 percent.

The procedures included multimedia interface testing, audio testing, spurious radiation emission testing, and coupling testing.
Meanwhile, Maniformer and Shanghai Zhangjiang Group Co Ltd will combine their resources to address industry challenges including shortages of real-world physical AI data, high collection costs, and inefficient data labeling. The partnership will develop high-quality datasets and promote data standards.

Maniformer will provide physical AI data services through its three-part data supply system covering real robots, embodiment-free collection, and simulation, as well as its MEgo series data collection hardware and MEgo Engine data governance platform.

SEER Robotics, whose robot brains are deployed in more than 1,000 factories across over 20 industries, ranked first globally in intelligent robot controller sales from 2023 to 2025. Its global ranking in industrial intelligent robot sales rose from third in 2024 to second in 2025. The company's robot brain business achieved a gross margin of more than 80 percent, while overall gross margin reached 47.4 percent.
