More than 90 percent of these stores are regional first stores or brand specialty formats. Combined with previously announced brands, the mall now hosts over 200 tenants, covering international retail, entertainment, global cuisine and outdoor flagship experiences.
The mall adopts a high-density layout of flagship stores, specialty stores and concept stores, enhancing the district's overall commercial capacity. PRISMA Xinjia Center is scheduled to open to the public in June, offering a new shopping destination.
On the G level, a fashionable "stellar avenue" brings together leading international beauty brands including LA MER, TOM FORD, HR, and LANCOME. Contemporary luxury labels such as Theory, MICHAEL KORS, HECHTER PARIS and bebe have also joined the mix.
The center emphasizes sports and an outdoor lifestyle. Brands such as Lululemon, Adidas Originals, and KAILAS cover yoga, hiking and cycling. Flagship experiential spaces include PANATTA FITNESS, All-Star Ice Club and BE1ST Super Sports Space, creating a complete retail and activity ecosystem.
With a total area of 360,000 square meters, PRISMA Xinjia Center sits at the intersection of North Zhangyang Road and Jufeng Road and is served by Metro Lines 6 and 12. Positioned as an "all-in-one lifestyle flagship," it attracts residents from international communities including Biyun, Lianyang and Senlan.
