Pudong to ring in Spring Festival with festive experiences
Across Shanghai's Pudong New Area, attractions and shopping centers are celebrating the Year of the Horse with festive decorations and special events.
The Shanghai L+SNOW Indoor Skiing Theme Resort is marking the Spring Festival with festive decorations.
One of the highlights is a massive ice sculpture art wall inspired by the Chinese painting Eight Horses, crafted from 1,300 ice blocks. Dramatic lighting brings the horse figures to life, creating a stunning visual display.

Century Park's wintersweet blossoms are now in full bloom, greeting visitors with lively seasonal views. At Gate 7, a colorful horse sculpture featuring smooth contours and a playful design is displayed alongside auspicious New Year slogans. The park will also hold a New Year folk music festival with performances by folk musicians.

Chamtime Plaza recently unveiled its Spring Festival lineup, featuring a carnival that blends traditional culture with interactive activities. On Feb 21, in keeping with folk tradition to welcome the God of Wealth, the plaza will host festive activities to celebrate a prosperous New Year.
