Co-founded by pioneering embodied intelligence companies such as AgiBot and Flycode, the platform was launched in Pudong on Dec 22, 2025. Through an innovative model combining shared leasing with platform-based dispatching, the platform turns robots into standardized, on-demand services.

Three weeks after its launch, the platform has attracted more than 200,000 registered users, with more than 200 daily rentals on average, and there are signs that growth is accelerating.

The core strength of Botshare lies in its platform-based model, which makes it easier to bring robots to market. Early growth in the platform's first month is seen as proof of the model's scalability. Botshare's value extends beyond leasing — it has built a useful standardized service system and large-scale dispatching capabilities as well.

Scenarios such as cultural tourism and commercial activities serve as key entry points for large-scale robot service deployment. Botshare has partnered with dining and commercial brands, including Haidilao and Yuyuan Inc.

By the end of 2026, Botshare aims to connect with more than 10 robot manufacturers, cultivate 200 top-tier service providers, attract 3,000 content and application developers, and serve 400,000 rental clients.
