Pudong Shipping Week 2025 approaches
Pudong Shipping Week, a gathering of global professionals launched in 2023, has become a vital link between China and the world.
Scheduled from Dec 1 to 6, the Pudong Shipping Week 2025 will host an opening ceremony, a theme day event, multiple parallel forums, and dozens of events independently planned and hosted by enterprises and organizations.
This year, the Pudong Shipping Week will feature a broader international cooperation network. The organizing committee has extended invitations to renowned shipping enterprises and organizations from nearly 20 countries. The Baltic and International Maritime Council, International Association of Dry Cargo Shipowners, and more powerhouses have confirmed participation.
In addition to issues like overseas expansion of shipping enterprises and shipping trade digitalization, hot topics including the low-altitude economy, AI empowerment, and cross-border logistics will be highlighted during the shipping week.
The Pudong Shipping Week 2025 will also strive to strengthen the matchmaking between high-quality shipping innovation projects and financial capital and industrial investment.
Pudong New Area, the core area in Shanghai's development into an international shipping center, has hosted nearly 13,000 enterprises from throughout the industry chain. In a push for greater competitiveness, Pudong has consistently innovated shipping reforms, pioneering several nationwide initiatives in aspects like ship-supplied materials and bunkering.
