The fourth Pujiang Forum on Transplantation Immunity took place at the Shanghai International Medical Zone in Zhangjiang, Pudong, from Aug 17 to19.
A number of experts and scholars specializing in clinical transplantation for blood diseases, organ transplantation, and marrow donor programs from home and abroad attended the forum and introduced the latest achievements in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and organ transplantation.
They also shared some insightful thoughts about the future development of the transplantation fields.
Xia Duo, general manager of the Shanghai International Medical Zone Group, explained the reason of choosing the zone as the host venue, which was attributed to the zone’s solid foundation in the medical industry.
With over 15 years of development, the zone has brought in 1,111 medicine-related companies and institutions such as the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center East Branch , over 200 advanced medical equipment firms such as Drager, over 150 bio-medicine companies such as Benemae Pharmaceutical , and 26 third-party medical test institutions including Majorbio.
