Zhang Run Tower, a new landmark in Shanghai's north Zhangjiang area, is set to complete construction in May 2018.
The piece of architecture, covering a combined floor area of 61,834 square meters, is constituted of two office buildings and one building for public facilities.
The two office buildings are designed to be twins, but one is higher than the other. The buildings use new technology and new materials.
Their interior is equipped with an intelligent security check system and is decorated with a modern style, exemplified by its floor-to-ceiling windows, aligning with the standard of international office buildings.
The tower also enjoys a favorable location, only 800 meters from Guanglan Road Station, 20 minutes' drive from People Square, 25 minutes' drive from Pudong International Airport, and 40 minutes' drive from Hongqiao Airport.
It is also adjacent to Link Zone, a commercial street incorporating hotels, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, apartments, and other leisure and entertainment facilities.
