Pudong Qiye Fabu (Pudong Enterprise Release) platform promoted the creation of innovations and new enterprises in the Jinqiao Wanguo Enterprise Center at the Jinqiao Economy and Technology Development Area, according to a news report on Nov 15.

Experts of the field, such as Yang Xiyuan, founder of the Zhongcai Shixun company; Tang Taolue, President of Shanghai Freesense Image Technology Company; Weifeng, founder of the COCO SPACE company; Li Tong, founder of the KeenOn technology company; and Song Bin, founder of the Fineyue Technology company, were present at the occasion.

At the event, experts delivered speeches on several topics, such as industry innovation, artificial intelligence, internet economy, investment, intelligent manufacturing, and education, and exchanged their thoughts and experiences on setting up a business and making innovations.

Zhang Wei, Vice Director of China's State Information Center, said for the past 3 years Pudong has achieved a lot in making innovations and starting new enterprises, and in the future Pudong will depend on these achievements to further boost economy transformation.

Tang Shiqin, Vice President of Pudong's People's Political Consultative Conference, said Pudong has been trying to create an environment suitable for making innovation and starting new enterprises by making full use of the advantages of Shanghai's free trade district. At present, the number of small micro businesses has exceeded 260,000 and the revenue has reached 900 billion yuan ($135.7 billion).

One of the most important functions of Pudong Qiye Fabu's platform was to showcase the potential of Pudong by highlighting the brands of local enterprises and Pudong's innovative abilities in society.

Zhang Wei added that the platform should strive to combine the advantages of different industries and apply their scientific research to production.
