The certification ceremony for the 39th batch of regional headquarters of multinational corporations (MNCs) and foreign-funded research and development (R&D) centers was held in East China's Shanghai on July 25. Pudong New Area had 11 MNC's regional headquarters and four foreign-funded R&D centers recognized.
