Scope of Application

Filing of implementation of training of the registration personnel (“trainers”) applying for Customs declarers for the first time.

Required Materials

1. Probation Filing Form;

2. Registration of Information of Customs Declarers;

3. Identity certificate;

4. Certificate of Qualifications of Customs Declarers.

Application Process

The applicant types the application information through the pre-typing organization, and files the probation filing application toCustoms;
The applicant shall submit toCustoms the Probation Filing Form (in duplicate), Registration of Information of Customs Declarers, Identity Certificate and Certificate of Qualifications of Customs Declarers (with the originals toCustoms for verification);
After receiving the Probation Filing Form, Customs verifies the originals of the Identity certificate and the Certificate of Qualifications of Customs Declarers, issues the acceptance certificates of the application materials relating to registration of Customs declarers, extension, change, cancellation, and probation filing, etc.;
One of the Probation Filing Forms as signed by Customs shall be returned to the Customs declaration unit, and one is to be retained byCustoms, and after registration by the Customs declarers, to be integrated into the archives of the Customs declarers;
If the Customs declaration units or the trainers request to terminate the probation during the probation period, the Customs declaration units shall apply to terminate the probation filing toCustoms in writing, and return the original of the Probation Filing Form as signed by Customs for filing.
