Scope of Application

The Customs declaration enterprises obtaining the Customs declaration registration license file an application to Customs where the Customs declaration enterprises are located, because of engagement in Customs declaration service outside the area of the registration license, before filing an application to the local Customs where the branches to be establishment are located.

Required Materials

1. Application for Issuance of the Certificates relating to Registration License of Cross-Customs Branches of the Customs Declaration Enterprises;

2. Business License for Legal Entity, Organizational Code Certificate and the Registration Certificate of Registration of Customs Declaration Enterprises of the head office (original and photocopy);

3. Business License for Legal Entity and the Organizational Code Certificate of the branch (original and photocopy);

4. Certificate of increase of capital of the Customs declaration enterprises (original and photocopy).

Application Process

The applicant may download the Application for Issuance of the Certificates relating to Registration License of Cross-Customs Branches of the Customs Declaration Enterprises via the official website of Shanghai Customs, and complete it;
The applicant may type the application information through the pre-input mechanism or by logging on to the online corporate management platform of Customs via the Internet, and file an application to the corporate management section of Shanghai Customs, and submit relevant documents and materials to the corporate management section of Shanghai Customs for review;
Customs shall conduct its review and approval after accepting such application;
Customs notifies the application to receive the certificate (sealed and issued to the applicant).
