Zhu Zhisong, Director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Zhu Zhisong, male, born in February 1969, hails from Lianyungang in East China's Jiangsu province. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Party secretary of Pudong New Area, and director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration. He is also secretary of the Party working committee of Lin-gang Special Area, director of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, and director of the Yangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone Administration.

Positions previously held by Zhu include director of the Shanghai Spaceflight Precision Machinery Institute of the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, assistant director, deputy director, and director of the SAST, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, deputy Party secretary, director, and Party secretary of Shanghai's Minhang district, deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai municipal government, and deputy Party secretary of Pudong New Area.

Hang Yingwei: Executive Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Hang Yingwei, male, born in November 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province, and entered the workforce in July 1989. A graduate of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, Hang is a senior administration engineer and senior economic engineer. He now holds the positions of deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai Municipal Government, deputy Party secretary and governor of Pudong New Area, executive deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, and deputy director of the Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Administration.

Positions that Hang has previously held include deputy office director of Shanghai Construction Group, deputy Party secretary and general manager of Shanghai Construction No 3 Co Ltd, deputy Party secretary and general manager of Shanghai Construction No 1 Co Ltd, Party secretary and general manager of SCG Real Estate Co Ltd, deputy Party secretary and chairman of Shanghai Construction Group Co Ltd, deputy governor and deputy Party secretary of Pudong New Area, and deputy director of the Development and Construction Management Committee of the Lingang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

Zhang Xi: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Zhang Xi is currently deputy director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration, as well as director and secretary of  the Party leadership group of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Bonded Area Authority.

Yang Chao: Deputy Director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Yang Chao, male, born in November 1972, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Shanghai and entered the workforce in July 1995. He holds an on-the-job master's degree and an MBA.

He is currently a member of the standing committee of the CPC Shanghai Pudong District Committee, deputy head of Pudong New Area, deputy secretary of the leading Party group of the Pudong government, and deputy director of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.

Wu Qiang: Deputy Director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration

Wu Qiang, male, born in February 1973, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is from Shanghai and entered the workforce in July 1995. He has a master's degree in public administration, and is an economic engineer. He now holds the positions of deputy governor of Pudong New Area, member of the Leading Party group of Pudong government, and deputy director of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administration.
