A photo competition is launched to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. [Photo provided to en.china-shftz.gov.cn] 

This year marks the 7th anniversary of the establishment of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and a photo competition has been launched to commemorate the occasion and showcase the zone's development.

Photographers from around the world are invited to submit their works related to this theme.

The Shanghai FTZ 7th Anniversary Photo Competition is sponsored by the administration committee of the zone and is focused on the zone's achievements in exploration and practice, construction and development, as well as policy and institutional innovation.

The closing date for entries is Oct 31. An exhibition of the winning entries will be held from Nov 15 to 30.

The first prize of the competition is a cash award of 2,000 yuan ($295). There will be two second place (1,000 yuan) winners and three third place (800 yuan) winners.
