Kistler Group recently set up a new company -- Precision Machinery Equipment (Shanghai) Co Ltd at the Waigaoqiao bonded area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, making it its new Asia-Pacific regional headquarters.

Kistler Group, headquartering in Switzerland, is a global leader in dynamic measurement technology for measuring pressure, force, torque and acceleration. The imported sales of the new company is expected to reach 100 billion dollars in 2019.

Earlier in 2017, the group started to cooperate with Shanghai Waigaoqiao International Trading Operation Center Co Ltd who helped it make plans to register a new company and manage end-to-end logistics. It also signed the contract with Xinfazhan International Logistics Co Ltd on end-to-end logistics. The two companies were both set up as a subsidiary to Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Group Co Ltd.
