2018-12: 2019 Bonded Area China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Special Development Fund Social Function Enhancement Project Application Guide 

The supporting objects are enterprises and social organizations registered and managed in the bonded area of the pilot free trade zone. 

For the key projects that enhance the service and management functions of the free trade zone, they are required to start construction between Aug 1, 2018 and Dec 31, 2019, and the construction period should not exceed two years in principle.

The special funds are subject to government subsidies and loan interest subsidies. The amount of support for a single project should not exceed 20 million yuan in principle. The application materials should be submitted to the bonded area administration by Jan 15, 2019.
