2018-08: Implementation Opinions on the City's Active Promotion of Supply Chain Innovation and Application
The city will carry out the overall design by focusing on construction of "five centers", relying on the institutional innovation of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and seizing the opportunity of holding the first China International Import Expo.
The key content includes striving to cultivate 100 national leading supply chain innovation and application demonstration enterprises by 2020 that focus on manufacturing, circulation, agriculture, finance, green and global supply chains, and establishing corresponding support systems.
2018-08: Several Opinions on Accelerating the Innovative Development of the City's Sports Industry
The city will promote the formation of an industrial development pattern that matches its positioning as the world's leading sports city, and strive to accelerate the development of key areas of the sports industry.
The measures include introducing a number of regional headquarters of sporting goods multinationals. According to the requirements of "Provisions of Shanghai to encourage multinational companies to establish regional headquarters", the companies can enjoy financial incentives, entry and exit facilitation and other incentive preferences.
Other measures include encouraging all districts to introduce leading sporting goods enterprises to settle down by offering policy support, and exploring pilots of sports service industry policies in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
