Metastar, a domestically leading metaverse company, recently set up operations in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The company's businesses cover digital assets, digital offices, digital commerce, digital infrastructure, and digital twins. It has independently developed over 10 digital tools, including those for scenic spots, ticket boxes, brands and entertainment, helping move tourist attractions, museums, art galleries, music festivals, sports games, and computer games into the digital space.
Shanghai's complete technical and human resources are the primary reasons for the company to settle in the Shanghai FTZ, one of the company's executive said.
In addition, the company hopes the Shanghai FTZ's advantages in global trade will help it expand into the international market and improve its international competitiveness.
It is reported that Shanghai FTZ International Culture Investment and Development Co offered efficient services during the company's registration, and plans to seek cooperation with the company in industrial chain services, copyright services, industrial resources and IP resources, to accelerate the metaverse industry's development in Shanghai FTZ.
Shanghai FTZ International Culture Investment and Development Co has played an active role in helping Christie's, Sotheby's, Beijing Poly International Auction and China Guardian Auctions set up operations in the free trade zone.
