Primary construction recently commenced on a new hotel project at Plot 01-06 in northern Shanghai International Resort, as well as the pile foundation work for another hotel project at Plot 01-03.

The new hotel at Plot 01-06 has a planned site area of 88,311 square meters and a total gross floor area of approximately 59,924 sq m, with a total of 350 guest rooms. Plans are in place to develop it into a Hilton hotel. The pile foundation work for the project was completed in September 2024, and the building phase has now begun.

The new hotel project at Plot 01-03 has a planned site area of 44,916 sq m and a total gross floor area of approximately 13,222 sq m, with a total of 96 guest rooms. It is intended to be developed into Canopy by Hilton. The pile foundation work for this project has also commenced.

Designed with the concepts of "idyllic pastoral life" and "secluded mountain retreat", the two hotels make full use of the unique natural environment, with mountains and rivers intertwining to create a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. They aim to provide an immersive living environment close to nature, offering diverse accommodation experiences for guests to the Shanghai International Resort.

Shendi Group has expressed its commitment to continuously advancing the construction of the hotel projects, striving to have them mostly complete by 2026 and opened by 2027. The goal is to further enrich the cultural and tourism offerings of the Shanghai International Resort, enhancing its tourist appeal. Together with other ecological supporting projects in the northern area, the hotel projects will jointly create a high-quality tourist, leisure, and resort destination.
