Hit food show held in Shanghai
The SIAL China 2018, Asia's largest food show and the fourth largest in the world, took place in Shanghai from May 16 to 18, offering food producers and dealers great business opportunities.
The exhibition, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, covered a hugely impressive area of 162,000 square meters, and attracted more than 3,000 exhibitors from home and abroad.
The exhibits included wine and beverages, snacks, organic food, dairy products and many other types of food.
The event started in 2000 in China and has gone on to be instrumental in facilitating food trade. Attendees were able to gain valuable market insights, and hear about trends and innovations in the food industry at the event.
