Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone lies directly across the river from the Bund—the old financial and business district of Shanghai—just south of the confluence of Suzhou Creek and the Huangpu River. 

Location

The entire financial and trade zone covers an area of 31.78 square kilometers containing more than 100 buildings and skyscrapers. As the only national-level development zone named "finance and trade" in China, it is also the core functional area of Shanghai's International Financial Center.

Lujiazui is adjacent to the Jinqiao Development Zone, Zhangjiang Science City, and the Expo Area. It enjoys unique geographical advantages and a broad development space.
